    You design, train and put into production AI agents and predictive models that work inside our clients' systems.

    What you'll do

    • Turn real operational problems into agents and models that reach production
    • Evaluate every model on real data and follow it after it goes live
    • Work with the client's team from the first assessment to delivery

    What we look for

    • Experience putting machine learning models or systems built on language models into production
    • Rigour with data, with evaluation and with explaining every result
    • You enjoy working close to the business and the people who will use the system

  • Full-Stack Engineer

    Porto · Full-time · Hybrid

    You build the applications, integrations and interfaces that connect AI to everyday work, from the ERP to each team's tools.

    What you'll do

    • Connect ERP, CRM and other systems through APIs, databases or scheduled exports
    • Build the interfaces where teams approve, follow and use what the AI proposes
    • Make sure every system is secure, reliable and easy to maintain

    What we look for

    • Experience building complete applications, from the server to the interface
    • Care for quality, security and the details that matter to users
    • Keen to work close to operations teams

  • Business Developer

    You open conversations with companies where AI can change the operation and follow each opportunity until the project starts.

    What you'll do

    • Identify companies and industries where Xcope can have the most impact
    • Lead first conversations and understand how each client's operation works
    • Prepare proposals with the technical team and follow them to signature

    What we look for

    • Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology or consulting
    • Curiosity about how companies work on the inside
    • Clear communication, in writing and in meetings
