Forecasts built on your data before the problem shows up.

Models trained on your operation's history to forecast demand, breakdowns, no‑shows and costs, with time left to decide.

What a predictive model does for you

A predictive model learns from your operation's history and estimates what will happen next. The forecast reaches whoever makes the decision, in the system they already use, with every figure explained.

  1. 01

    Predicts what is coming

Demand by product, energy consumption, missed appointments or equipment failures, estimated days or weeks in advance.

  2. 02

    Explains every forecast

Every figure comes with the factors that weighed most, so the team understands why the model predicts what it does and can decide with confidence.

  3. 03

    Learns from the operation

The model is monitored in production and retrained when reality changes, so its accuracy does not degrade over time.

Forecasts in real operations

Every operation has a question about the future that today gets answered on instinct.

  • ManufacturingWhich piece of equipment on the line is closest to breaking down?

The model reads the sensors and maintenance history and predicts the failure, so the work can be scheduled outside the shift.

  • EnergyHow much will our wind and solar sites generate tomorrow, hour by hour?

The model forecasts each site's output from weather data and history, so the schedule sent to the market sits closer to what will actually be generated.

  • Retail and distributionHow much of each product will we sell over the next four weeks?

The model forecasts demand by product and by store so supplier orders keep pace with sales.

  • Food and wineHow much will we harvest, and when will each plot be ready?

The model combines production history with weather data to estimate volumes and dates and plan the grape harvest or the crop harvest.

How we build a predictive model

A phased plan, built around your operation.

  1. 01

    Choose the decision

We start with the decision the forecast will support, who makes it and how far ahead, and only then turn to the model.

  2. 02

    Assess the history

We check what data exists, how good it is and how far back it goes. If it is not enough to forecast accurately, we tell you before going any further.

  3. 03

    Train and compare

The model is tested against the method you use today, on data it has not seen in training, so you know how much better it is before it goes into production.

  4. 04

    Go live and measure

The forecast lands in the ERP, dashboard or alert your team already uses. Accuracy is measured every week and the model is updated when needed.

Being realistic

What a predictive model does not promise

  • A model is only as good as its history. With little data, or unreliable data, the first delivery may be getting the data in order before forecasting.
  • A forecast is always a probability. Every figure comes with its margin of error, and the decision stays with your team.
  • Changes that never happened in the history cannot be predicted. When reality shifts, the model is reviewed and retrained.

What is a predictive model?

It is a statistical or machine learning model that learns patterns in historical data and estimates what will happen next: how much will sell, when a piece of equipment might fail or how many no‑shows there will be tomorrow.

What is the difference between a predictive model and a report?

A report shows what has already happened. A predictive model estimates what will happen, early enough for you to change the decision.

What data is needed?

The history of what you want to predict and the factors that drive it: sales, consumption, sensor readings, appointment diaries or maintenance orders. During the diagnosis we assess whether the history is enough, and we tell you if it is not.

Where does the data live?

On your infrastructure and in your accounts. The model is trained and runs in your environment, with controlled access.
