Put AI to workin construction.

Each week's valuations and invoices update the final cost of every project, in time for you to change the purchases still to come.

The challenge

A two‑year build, priced on a single day.

Valuations usually sit in one spreadsheet per project, and subcontractor invoices land in the project team's inbox, far from the orders recorded in the ERP. The forecast final cost waits for month‑end, when the materials have already been bought.

  1. 01

Prices that move after the award

Steel is priced months before it is bought. The difference only shows when the invoices arrive, and by then the money has been spent.

  2. 02

    Invoices checked in a hurry

Each subcontractor invoices against its own valuation, and someone has to check the quantities against the drawings and what was measured on site. Whatever slips through that check gets paid.

  3. 03

    Orders with long lead times

Windows, lifts and steel take weeks to arrive. An order that goes out late leaves the crew standing idle, waiting for materials.

Day to day

Questions that finally get answers

  1. Which projects will finish over budget if nothing changes?
  2. How much steel is still to be ordered across all projects?
  3. Which valuations are awaiting certification?
  4. Which subcontractors have invoiced above the measured quantities?
  5. Which window orders need to go out this month?
AI at work

Every week you know what each project will cost by the end.

AI reads the budget, the valuations, the orders and the subcontractor invoices, and compares actual cost with budget work package by work package, projected through to handover.

Final cost by project

Actual cost plus what is still to be bought, compared with each project's budget and updated every week.

Valuations to invoice

Questions about invoicing, valuations and suppliers, answered from each project's own documents.

Ordered vs required

What has been ordered against the quantities in the drawings, material by material, so no order goes out late.

Subcontractor invoices

Each invoice checked against its valuation before it goes for payment.

The data you already have, put to work

We connect to the systems you already have, without replacing them, and you decide which data each agent can read.

  1. Works with what you already use

ERP, CRM, email and documents stay where they are, and nobody has to move to a new system.

  2. Reads and cross‑checks your data

Brings together what is scattered today and finds what does not add up.

  3. Proposes, you approve

Every sensitive action goes to whoever has the authority to approve it.

  4. Acts and keeps a record

Works inside your team's systems and records where every decision came from.

We start with one live project.

We pick a project whose budget and purchasing are already in a system, connect its valuations and invoices, and extend to the others once the project team trusts the figures.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We map the operation and the data and choose what reaches production first.

    • Data sources mapped
    • Opportunities assessed
    • Scope and plan agreed
  2. 02

    First system in production

We build in the tools you already use and put the system to work on real cases.

    • Estimating software and ERP connected
    • Cost control agent in production
  3. 03

    A team that runs it

Your team takes the system over and we choose the next process together.

    • Project teams trained
    • Next process chosen

Does it work with our estimating software and our ERP?

Yes. When the software has an API, we connect through it. When it does not, we use read‑only access to the database or scheduled exports of the budget and measurements. Valuations and invoices that arrive as PDFs are read directly.

Can we follow several projects at once?

Yes. Each project has its own budget and work packages, and the construction director sees them side by side, with the forecast final cost of each.

Who has to enter the data?

Nobody has to fill in anything new. Valuations, delivery notes and invoices already exist and come in from wherever they are today, whether that is the ERP, email or the project's shared folder.

Does the AI place orders on its own?

No. It proposes quantities and dates based on the project programme and each supplier's lead time, and an order only goes out once purchasing or the project director has approved it.

A cost overrun shows up weeks before it reaches the invoice.
